Hosted on high performing Google & Amazon clouds, we assure you that all our customer information is held confidential. We never sell our customer list or our customer information. All the customer information collected such as name, email address, phone number, website, social media handles, mailing address, billing information or any other information related to third party integrations is collected for the sole purpose of providing best services to our customers and to update them of the improvements to our product and services.

We will send product updates, special offers or promotional notices via Text message, mail, email or voice broadcast, from time to time, to our customers and prospects who have expressed interest and requested such information. The customer/ prospect can always opt out from receiving such offers/ notifications by following the opt out link on the specific communication or by contacting dovyo CRM directly.

Our Customer Lead Information

Our customer lead information is tantamount to our customer information for us. All data with relation to leads generated by our customers or any other information collected automatically by our customers is held in strict confidence. We never reach out to them nor do we share customer lead information to any third party.

dovyo CRM has ever increasing integrations with third party softwares and services. We promise high data security on all the information shared by our integration partners. We collect information for integration purposes, commission checks and for tax compliance.

-dovyo CRM requires access to calls and contact from mobile to provide management reports related to contacts in vyocrm.com e.g Duration of calls, Dialed and received calls. users can change via setting and permissions.

Text Message

-dovyo CRM requires access to text messages to provide management reports related to text messages sent and received to contacts in vyocrm.com, users can change via setting and permissions.

Location Services

-dovyo CRM requires access for direction and location to pin customer location and direction services for user's customers and to provide management reports for Check-In and visit notes, users can change via setting and permissions

Internet connectivity

- dovyo CRM will work only with the internet through Wi-Fi or mobile data. Internet connectivity is highly required for app functions.

Device Information

- Devices and OS informations are collected to ensure proper accessibility, data security and other analyticals for dovyo CRM mobile app to generate Crash report and support enhancement of the mobile app.

Cameras and Photos

- dovyo CRM requires access to cameras and photos to upload documents required during any action in the mobile application like Task, Attachment for leads, Customers, projects or contracts. users can change via setting and permissions

Images, Photos, files and folders

- dovyo CRM requires access to images, photos, files and folders of the mobile device to upload documents required during many activity in the mobile application like creating Task, supporting attachment for leads, Customers, Projects or contracts. Permitting this permission dovyo CRM help you in better image, photos or files management in your business and understand your customer quires and challenges.

Call logs, Contacts and Contacts List

- For account management and make comparison between contact available in CRM and the android device to support caller ID for contacts available in CRM. This facility will differentiate your personal contact and business contacts in call logs and caller ID by dovyo CRM. Non of your device contact is stored to dovyo CRM servers. dovyo CRM will works for your business contacts stored and available in the dovyo CRM. dovyo CRM requires contact list and call log permission to populate Caller ID service with caller type like Customer or lead. dovyo CRM will periodically validate and sync all your calls logs and contact list to identify business call to generate productivity report like time spent for business activity. None of your locally stored contact are uploaded to dovyo CRM server rather we use this access to validate between locally stored contact list and contacts from dovyo CRM. Call log of the unknown number (numbers not available in dovyo CRM) are not used for productivity report.

Audio

- To enable easy communication and ease to support non verbal communication. In dovyo CRM you can record voice and upload, this will enable you to communicate more effectively. This voice note record will also help you share information easily with your own voice.

Why No registration in mobile app?

-This entire app works with business organization and requires a super admin to control and create users.
