Activation licenses is a code which is used to activate an services whichever pending for payment / activated by customer. VYO CRM Partner can able to give activation code. For which you have to pay them directly or any available option from them.
Always your invoice is overdue with 5 days from invoice. 10 days overdue invoices will be cancelled and related services will also gets cancelled. Other way, you have chosen any partner to activate via activation license.
Normally it is 1 year, The first renewal date will be 365th day from the date of subscription, This renewal date is fixed and cannot be changed. All your additional services / user will be followed as pro rata from renewal. Your sign up date on 21th November 2018 and renewal on 20th November 2019, In between you have added a new user on 1st January 2019 and paid for one year subscription. On 20th November you will have renewal to all your users and services including user / service whichever added in between. But renewal will considered for 325 days for the additional user.
Invoice itself will have sufficient reason and particular. You have to be careful while upgrading and adding a new user / services and its renewal structure.

What ever you do with partner, VYO CRM will not send any invoice or collects payment. Partner will raise invoice as per agreed terms and you have to pay them via available option to them.
We do not interfere on consultant work model. But you can choose consultant via our portal.

Cancellation and Refund
You cannot cancel any subscription, Your account will automatically gets suspended due to non usage more than 30 days and same will be terminated once your susbcription ends / as per accepted terms.
